Ben Bruce takes a swipe at John Oyegun

– Ben Murray-Bruce condemned John Oyegun for his call for an investigation of Supreme Court judges
– The senator urged all politicians to emulate Goodluck Jonathan and learn to accept defeat
Senator Ben Murray Bruce
Senator Ben Murray-Bruce representing Bayelsa East constituency in the National Assembly has taken a swipe at the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), John Oyegun, over his recent statement.
Oyegun called for an investigation of Supreme Court judges in South East over the backdrop of the APC’s loss of Rivers state governorship seat to the Peoples Democratic Party.
In a series of tweets posted on Thursday, February 3, Murray-Bruce condemned Oyegun’s boldness to threaten the Supreme Court Justices and called on all politicians to emulate former president Goodluck Jonathan by learning to accept defeat.
Murray-Bruce has recently given his contribution to the 2016 Appropriation Bill Debate for 2016 budget.
Pointing out some flaws in President Muhammadu Buhari’s 2016 budget, the senator noted that it fails to address how to diversify Nigeria away from her oil addiction. He also stated that the budget has no road map for weaning the country off imported food which is the main consumer of our foreign reserve.
